200 мл кефира 200 гр муки 100 мл растительного масла 1 яйцо 4 ст л сахара Грецкие орехи и голубика (или малина) 1 ч л разрыхлителя
Готовим: Яйцо + Сахар + кефир подогретый + масло - взбить + просеянная мука с разрыхлителем, размешать тесто. + ягодки и орешки ввести и в формы на 40 мин в духовку 180 гр ( у меня 190 гр и 65 минут🙈, такая духовка). проверять зубочисткой. разрез прекрасный, выложу в комменты!
