Решение принято по факту публикации на сайте интернет-издания «Пруфы». В отношении организации и ее главного редактора ранее уже были вынесены судебные решения по поводу распространения заведомо недостоверной информации. И вот в очередной раз в СМИ вновь замелькали такие имена, как Рамиль Рахматов и Рауфа Рахимова.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
