Из текста следует, что указ вступил в силу с понедельника, 25 ноября. Ранее росгвардейцам за подписание контракта с Минобороны полагалась единовременная выплата в 195 тысяч рублей. Размер этой суммы был установлен в ноябре 2022 года.
