Еврокомиссия опубликовала оптимистичный отчет о преодолении экономического кризиса, но цифры в нем плохо совпадают с тезисами – экономические преимущества ЕС за прошедшие пару лет потерялись.

В докладе отмечается, что цены на газ в ЕС в 4-5 раз, в зависимости от страны и сезона, выше, чем в США. За последние четыре года затраты на импорт ископаемого топлива выросли на €75 млрд – с €341в 2019 году до €416 млрд в 2023. Если считать расходы в ВВП всей Еврозоны, то ситуация еще хуже – почти 3%.

Нет доступной энергии – нет цифровой революции и движения экономики вперед.

For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
