🔻 مؤسسه پژوهشی فرهنگی انقلاب اسلامی (دفتر حفظ و نشر آثار حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای مدظله العالی) در راستای تبیین و شناساندن معارف انقلاب اسلامی، با استفاده از «ظرفیت‌های آموزشی نوین» و «روزآمدِ علمی» اقدام به طراحی، تولید و اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی متنوع با هدف ارتقای نظام دانایی عموم علاقه مندانِ معارف انقلاب اسلامی و شکل‌دهی نهضتی معرفتی و تبیینی به صورت فراگیر می‌نماید.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
