К слову, периодически стал видеть призывы к подписанию нового Союзного Договора. Дескать, тридцать лет уже прошло, условия да и вообще весь мир поменялись. Возможно, не такая уж и плохая идея. Как раз можно будет законодательно закрепить крайние сроки исполнения необходимых интеграционных реформ, чтоб хоть какой-то стимул был. А то на голом энтузиазме как-то медленно едем.
