Моршанский районный суд оштрафовал администрацию города Моршанска за несоблюдение требований по обеспечению безопасности дорожного движения.
Государственным инспектором ГИБДД было установлено, что администрация города не принимает никаких мер по обеспечению безопасности дорожного движения. В частности, речь идёт об улицах Карла Маркса, Пушкина, Пионерской, Привокзальной, Фрунзе и Пассажирской.
Здесь имеются разрушения дорожного полотна, завышены обочины, отсутствует разметка, что является нарушением государственного стандарта.
