В Бурятии с 30 марта можно пересечь границу Монголии. В соседнюю страну можно будет поехать на автобусе или машине. Однако власти напомнили, что нельзя будет вывозить не только больше 10 тыс. долларов наличными, но и некоторые продукты. Сейчас действует запрет на вывоз сахара и зерна. По первой группе товаров ограничения распространяются на сахар-сырец тростниковый и белый сахар. Из зерновых нельзя вывозить пшеницу и меслин, рожь, ячмень и кукурузу. Запрет на вывоз зерна будет действовать до 30 июня, а ограничение на вывоз сахара – до 31 августа этого года.
После реконструкции автомобильный пункт пропуска Кяхта может принимать вдвое больше транспорта. Всего около одной тыс. транспортных средств в сутки. Людей суммарно смогут обслуживать до пяти тыс. человек. Помимо этого, работают железнодорожный пункт пропуска Наушки и Монды.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
