8 февраля исполнилось восемь лет со дня кончины многолетнего Настоятеля нашего храма, митрофорного протоиерея Иоанна Кубы. Духовенство Нальчикского округа во главе с благочинным протоиереем Валентином Бобылевым, протодиаконом Димитрием Куба, собрались в Никольском храме города Прохладного, чтобы почтить почившего настоятеля и духовника благочиния. Из 42 лет в сане священника 34 года отец Иоанн настоятельствовал в Никольском храме. С духовенством помолились прихожане и духовные чада отца Иоанна. После Божественной литургии священнослужители совершили заупокойное богослужение на месте упокоения отца духовника.
