На 18-летнего молодго человека полицейские составили 5 административных материалов, включая управление незарегистрированным автомобилем без водительского удостоверения и полиса ОСАГО. Автомобиль забрали на охраняемую стоянку.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
