Как и в диссертации, в этой работе я планирую сделать акценты на связях между национальным движением курдов Ирака ("Сентябрьской революции" М. Барзани, 1961-1975 гг.) и левым/курдским движением Турции 60-7-х гг. ХХ в. (до возникновения Рабочей партии Курдистана в 1978 г.). Соответственно, мной также будут рассмотрены отношения между Анкарой и Багдадом, в т.ч. в свете курдской политики.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
