В Мурманской области на должности вице-губернаторов назначили Надежду Аксенову и Эрика Хисматуллина. Об этом сегодня на совещании правительства сообщил губернатор Андрей Чибис.
Эрик Хисматуллин продолжит возглавлять Комитет по обеспечению безопасности населения и займется курированием Минприроды региона. В числе задач Надежды Аксеновой - создание единой кадровой базы.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
