♦️خانم جوان ۲۸ ساله به علت زردی و ضعف شدید به بیمارستان مراجعه کرد. در برسی‌های اولیه نارسایی شدید کبدی برای وی مطرح شد. بعد از انجام آزمایشات فراوان و گرفتن شرح حال علتی برای نارسایی کبد مشخص نشد.
طی ویزیت‌های مکرر و صحبت با همراهان، خواهر بیمار از مصرف «قرص‌های گیاهی لاغری» بیمار در طی ماه گذشته خبر داد. با این سرنخ به دنبال اثر این دارو در بیمار گشتیم.
در طی این مدت همه خانواده مصرف دارو توسط بیمار را انکار می‌کردند زیرا مصرف داروی گیاهی را کلاً بی‌ضرر دانسته، آن را جزو داروها نمی‌دانستند.
متأسفانه به علت شدت آسیب کبدی بیمار دچار نارسایی کبد شد که با تلاش فراوان و شانس خوب بیمار با موفقیت تحت پیوند کبد قرار گرفت و درحال حاضر هوشیار است.
