Священника Григория Михнова-Войтенко, архиепископа Апостольской православной церкви, задержали на выходе из дома и усадили в полицейский автомобиль утром 17 февраля, сообщила его жена Наталия Сивохина. В 12:00 на Троицкой площади у Соловецкого камня была запланирована панихида по Алексею Навальному, Михнов-Вайтенко должен был ее проводить.
В итоге акция прошла без священника. Собравшихся несколько десятков человек охраняет полиция и Росгвардия. К Соловецкому камню — стихийному мемориалу Навальному — продолжают приходить люди с цветами.
Ранее городская митрополия РПЦ призвала своих прихожан «игнорировать любые заявления и призывы» Михнова-Вайтенко.
Михнов-Вайтенко — организатор и участник правозащитных акций в Петербурге. Он координирует группу помощи украинским беженцам, которые с началом СВО переехали в Россию.
