В Новгородской области владельцы собак, не успевшие зарегистрировать животных, с 1 марта будут платить штрафы. Как сообщили в региональном комитете ветеринарии, "за отсутствие регистрации и за намеренный отказ от нее областным законом предусмотрены штрафные санкции: от 1,5 до 3 тысяч рублей за каждый случай выявления нарушения".
