В Нижнем Новгороде подвели итоги Всероссийского профессионального конкурса «Серафимовский врач», который состоялся впервые.
В профессиональном отборе приняло участие 58 медицинских специалистов из 23 регионов страны. Эксперты оценивали конкурсантов по следующим критериям: достижения в профессиональной деятельности, эмпатия к пациентам, применение современных методов лечения, оптимизация процессов, наставничество.
Еврейскую автономную область на Всероссийском конкурсе «Серафимовский врач» представляла Людмила Ерошенко – акушер-гинеколог родильного отделения Областной больницы. По итогам конкурсных процедур Людмила Алексеевна стала победителем – Лауреатом премии преподобного Серафима Соровского.
Награждение победителей состоится в октябре текущего года в Нижегородской области.
