Израиль решил отметить воссоединение демократов и коммунистов Сирии нанеся авиаудары по военным объектам в провинции Даръа. Тель-Авив уже прямо сообщил, что не намерен покидать Сирию и будет следить за поведением нового режима обещая защиту нац и религиозным меньшинствам.

К слову теперь на территории "независимого режима Дамаска" находятся базы США, Турции, Израиля и России. Все они заявляют, что будут наблюдать и направлять новые власти в светлое демократическок будущее. Кто ещё хочет присоединится к этой тусовке?

Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
