Была рассмотрена история появления авторского права и интеллектуальной собственности, а также их развитие в капиталистических и социалистических странах. Был зачитан доклад "авторское право в научно-технической сфере". В конце собрания было проведено обсуждение, затрагивающее марксистский взгляд на интеллектуальную собственность и авторское право, а также их роль в социалистическом государстве будущего. Чуть позже по результатам обсуждения будет сформирована и опубликована статья.
