Пока готовимся к празднованию китайского нового года, я продолжаю тестировать рецепты салатов. Вчера случилась любовь ♥️

Салат с нутом в тайском стиле (на 2 порции)

Ингредиенты:
- 0,5 банки нута
- 10шт черри томатов
- 1 огурец
- 0,5 шт перца болгарского
- 0,5 моркови
- 20г красного лука
- 100г нашинкованной капусты
- много кинзы
- арахис для сервировки

Соус:
- 1 ст/л арахисовой пасты или тахини
- 1 ст/л соевого соуса или рыбного соуса
- сок половины лайма
- 1 ч/л меда или кленового сиропа

Все мелко нарезать и соединить, добавить соус и хорошенько перемешать. Посыпать арахисом или кешью, а если любите остренькое добавить чили ♥️

Ужин за 7 минут готов. Салат - бомба. Попробуйте!
