По уголовному делу завершилось расследование, сообщили 22 января в Следственном комитете.
Инцидент произошел 18 сентября прошлого года недалеко от вокзала.
Один из подростков встретил незнакомого школьника и попросил денег на проезд. Тот согласился помочь и дал смартфон своей матери с приложениями онлайн-банков.
- Обвиняемый отсканировал QR-код с банковского терминала, снял часть денежных средств наличными и часть перевел на счет своего знакомого, - рассказали в СК. - Спустя несколько часов обвиняемый рассказал о произошедшем своему знакомому, они вновь встретились с потерпевшим, взяли его телефон и перевели оставшиеся денежные средства на счета своих знакомых.
Общая сумма составила 80 тысяч рублей.
Виновники уже возместили ущерб, но их все равно ждет суд.
