Раз уж сегодня про базу, вот ещё лингвистическое. Уверен, что до этого уже давно и неоднократно додумывались. Но и своим умом прийти тоже было приятно:
по аналогии с "there’s no I in Team" и другими подобными слоганами-вордплеями, выходит, что based при добавлении (и под влиянием) I становится biased. То есть от базированности к предвзятости — шаг размером в эго.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
