Если кто не в курсе - это один немногих хорошо сохранившихся в городе исторических памятников. И действительно красивое здание. Судя по всему, администрация город атак и не сообразила как его лучше использовать для нужд города и решила просто тупо продать. И это говорит нам о двух вещах: 1) Воткинском управляют полные бездари 2) республикой управляют бездари, которые довели муниципалитеты до полной нищеты под предлогом оптимизации.

Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
