Арбитражный суд Свердловской области сегодня удовлетворил иск Генпрокуратуры о передаче акций предприятий группы Челябинского электрометаллургического комбината (ЧЭМК) государству.
Помимо ЧЭМК у собственника – южноуральской АО «Компания Эталон» – будут изъяты акции Серовского завода ферросплавов и предприятия «Кузнецкие ферросплавы».
Само заседание было закрытым, при этом оно состоялось раньше, чем планировалось ранее – дело должны были рассматривать 28 февраля.
