Техногенное Мариинское месторождение с запасами 2,9 тонны изумрудов поставлено на баланс Мариинского прииска. Оно представляет собой отвалы некондиционных руд Аульского и Малышевского месторождений, сообщил «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на Минприроды РФ.
Помимо изумрудов, месторождение включает 156,6 кг александритов, 436,3 кг фенакитов, 1,2 тонны хризоберилла, а также 155,2 тонны ювелирно-поделочного берилла.
Мариинский прииск расположен в посёлке Малышево Свердловской области. Единственным акционером АО «Мариинский прииск» является «Ростех». Запасы Малышевского месторождения составляют 819 тонн берилла и 26,3 тонны изумрудного сырья.
