Выкладываю видео, потому что его в первозданном виде на пленке в живой среде я не видела. Снято оно в конце 1920-х, до первой реконструкции, хотя уже почти десять лет там сидит ЧК, а во дворе здания находится внутренняя тюрьма.
Но это пост не про политику, а про красоту изначального здания, на самом деле. Жалко, что не видно лепнины рядом с часами, на которой были изображены "Справедливость" и "Утешение".
