❗️Кабінет Міністрів погодив законопроєкт про виплати родинам загиблих цивільних осіб одноразової грошової допомоги.
Документ передбачає:
🔹 Виплату 15 млн грн родинам цивільних осіб, які з 24 лютого по 25 березня 2022 року загинули під час участі у заходах оборони України разом із військовими формуваннями. 🔹 Уточнення підстав для надання статусу члена сім’ї загиблого (померлого) Захисника чи Захисниці України. 🔹 Доплату тим, хто вже отримав часткову компенсацію, до повної суми в 15 млн грн.
Це рішення спрямоване на забезпечення справедливості та однакової підтримки для всіх родин, які втратили близьких, захищаючи Україну.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
