Теперь спустя семь дней после размещения повестки в реестре она автоматически будет считаться врученной. Знал об этом гражданин или нет — никого не волнует. Электронные уведомления приравняли к бумажным. В весенний призыв ноу-хау запустить не удалось, в осенний будут тестировать.
Призывник, «получивший» такую повестку и не явившийся в военкомат, не сможет выехать из страны. «Бонусом» ему запрещается управлять транспортом, брать кредиты, регистрировать недвижимость и открывать ИП.
1 октября стартует осенний призыв. Ловушка захлопнулась.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
