Есть ведомственные награды МО РФ. До войны за контракт не все и одну получали. Сейчас их волонтерам дают пощедрее чем раньше, но... У моих знакомых которые пашут и ездят от одной до трех.
Есть ведомственные гражданские награды. Учитель или врач за такую пашет ГОДАМИ. Получают не все.
На этом фоне мода оформлять значки школьникам, клоунам, актерам, ряженым, общественникам и прочим охапками выглядит как издевательство. Утончанное. Над самой идеей награждения.
Ибо в толпе девица с килограммом значков будет смотрется героем, а мужик ночью под дронами и минометами тащивший грузовик снарядов с одинокой медалью - не выиграшно. Мягко говоря. И никто не будет склонятся к груди героини смотреть что там висит именно #мысли
