Узнав о том, что одна девочка дала свидетельские показания в пользу потерпевшего, потребовал от неё отказаться от своих слов, угрожая убийством. Девочка приняла угрозы всерьёз и сильно испугалась. Её поместили под госзащиту.

В СК возбудили уголовное дело по факту принуждения к даче показаний.

Амин останется под арестом следующие 2 месяца - до 19 ноября.
