В Ленинский районный суд направлено уголовное дело в отношении бывшего министра труда и соцразвития Северной Осетии Алины Айдаровой. Ей инкриминируется нарушение статьи 286 ч.3 п.г УК РФ — превышение должностных полномочий, совершенное группой лиц или по предварительному сговору.
По данным прокуратуры Северной Осетии, с января 2022 по май 2023 года должностными лицами министерства было заключено 53 контракта с единственным поставщиком на общую сумму свыше 35 млн рублей без проведения конкурентных процедур.
