По данным правозащитницы Евы Меркачевой, труп мужчины в СИЗО-5 «Водник» обнаружили сегодня в два часа ночи. РИА Новости сообщают, что на теле Котова «были обнаружены порезы».
Помимо СК, обстоятельства гибели устанавливают ФСИН и прокуратура. Следователи также рассматривают версию о доведении до самоубийства.
