По словам гендиректора завода Тамары Чичиро, мощность производства составляет 3 тонны в сутки и 90 тонн в месяц.

В планах предприятия — отработка технологии сыра камамбер, а в дальнейшем — выпуск сыра бри и, возможно, других вариантов, которые разрабатывают технологи.

Молоко на производственный участок будет поступать с молочно-товарного комплекса, построенного в Любани в прошлом году.
