2️⃣ Ниже Феодосийской и восточнее ЖК "Лето" на торги выставлен участок площадью 0,3 га с начальной ценой 11,75 млн рублей под коммерцию.
3️⃣ Пятачок земли под коммерцию, где сейчас ставят автомобили жители домов Сочинская 3 и 5 площадью 0,12 га предлагается с начальной ценой лота 5,39 млн рублей.

There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
