Общая площадь всей сопки с лесом, окруженной застройкой - около 9 гектар. Фрагмент леса, который останется на южных склонах сопки на Патрокле - не более 7 гектар. В обоих случаях освоено под благоустройство будет совсем мало, никаких капитальных строений.
