на фоне всякой хуйни в жизни стараюсь налаживать рутину и возвращать утерянную дисциплину. (скоро здесь будет выходить много текстов/заметок., недавно даже что-то типа контент-плана расписал.)
так вот. увидел на канале паши городницкого про фитнес вот этот челлендж-календарь на 10к скручиваний – и с завтрашнего дня начну этой штукой заниматься.
вообще такая штука, как мне кажется, не особо эффективна в плане выстраивания пресса, зато очень хорошо дисциплинирует и обещает дать жесточайший выброс дофамина, если получится дойти до конца.
для большей ответственности выложу сюда. если сдамся – напишу об этом и буду готов к вербальной обструкции. если нет, то через месяц буду нещадно выебываться!

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
