🔺به‌تازگی، اداره کل میراث فرهنگی استان تهران با تخریب خانه تاریخی ولی‌الله پیرنیا در خیابان منوچهری تهران موافقت کرده است. این خانه، میان مجموعه‌ای از بناهای ثبت ملی و واجد ارزش تاریخی و معماری جای گرفته و صدور مجوز تخریب آن، مانند بسیاری دیگر از مجوزهای صادرشده توسط اداره‌کل میراث فرهنگی استان تهران با ابهام‌ها، شائبه‌ها و انتقادهای گسترده روبروست.
🔺 چنین می‌نماید که عدم نظارت مؤثر بر عملکرد این اداره‌کل، راه صدور مجوزهای تخریب و بی‌اعتنایی به نظرات کارشناسی را بیش از پیش هموار کرده است.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
