Ведомство объяснило это введением новых санитарных правил и норм в России
Пересмотр стоимости совпал с моментом включения объекта в перечень значимых объектов, которые должны быть построены в 2024–2028 годах в рамках федеральной госпрограммы "Строительство" (по поручениям Президента и главы правительства). К слову, ещё до решения Правительства России о выделении ₽791 млн для завершения строительства больницы бюджет Коми заложил на 2024 года свои ₽792 млн. И вот теперь ровно на эту сумму происходит удорожание объекта, т.е. ожидаемого высвобождения зарезервированных средств не произойдёт
