Закон одобрил сегодня Совфед. Теперь банки не смогут передавать деньги клиенту раньше, чем через 4 часа, если кредит составляет от 50 тыс. до 200 тыс. рублей, и раньше, чем через 48 часов, если сумма превышает 200 тыс. рублей.
Для чего это сделано: если возбуждено уголовное дело о мошенничестве с кредитами, а банк или организация с микрозаймами не выполнили требования по защите клиентов, то они не смогут взыскать долг с заемщика и передать кредит коллекторам.
🔸Ранее ЦБ ввел новую защиту от аферистов: с 1 марта этого года на «Госуслугах» можно будет установить самозапрет на кредиты. С 1 сентября услуга будет доступна в МФЦ.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
