Он, скорее всего, и не понимал, к чему приведет сказанное, но действия структуры, подконтрольной «Каспи Банку», этому поспособствовали.
Тут просто можно было бы одним финтом получить признание значительной прослойки кыргызского населения, если бы за него хоть немного заступились и начали борьбу с казахской структурой.
