Завтрак сегодня был задачей мужа, на мне обед и ужин. 🥘На обед была карбонара(рецепт Джейме Оливера из его блога, кстати!). 🔸Варим макароны (я недовариваю всегда, но это дело вкуса). 🔸Обжариваем бекон (соль, перец, чеснок) 🔸Добавляем воду, в которой варились макароны. 🔸 В миске взбиваем яйца и пармезан 🔸Прекладываем макароны в сковородку и добавляем яйца с пармезаном. При подаче тоже посыпаем пармезаном.
🥘Салат с тунцом 🔸Шпинат 🔸Огурцы, помидоры 🔸Фетакса кубиками 🔸Оливки 🔸Тунец люблю fortuna Подаю с бальзамическим соусом и кунжутом
