В Минпросвещения представили проект порядка проведения тестирования на знания русского языка, которое будут обязаны пройти все дети мигрантов перед зачислением в школу. В документе сказано, что, если ребенок после неудачной сдачи тестирования не начнет посещать дополнительные языковые занятия, родителям грозит административная ответственность. Начать ходить на занятия нужно в течение месяца после получения соответствующего направления, иначе постучатся органы опеки.
Кроме того, из проекта следует, что тестирование будет включать как письменные так и устные задания и будет длиться 80 минут. Закон о запрете приема в школы детей без знания русского был подписан президентом в конце минувшего декабря и вступает в силу с 1 апреля 2025 года. Данное решение имеет веские основания — председатель Госдумы Володин отмечал, что 41% обучающихся в российских школах детей мигрантов не знают или плохо знают русский язык.
