Ранее сообщалось, что, в республике нарушается Указ Президента РФ, из-за чего регион постоянно мелькает в сводках самых неблагополучных регионов в части реализации "мусорной" реформы, а передел рынка утилизации мусора с участием чиновников и братков в стиле 1990-ых придаёт реформе в Башкирии особый бандитский колорит.
