Проект по редевелопменту НИИ Дельта - Щелковское шоссе, 2а. Предполагается, что к существующему зданию пристроят два дополнительных корпуса. Все три корпуса объединит стилобат. На стилобате и на террасах планируется обустройство озелененных общественных зон.
