Появились визуализации офисной башни в ТПУ Пресня. Есть слушок, что эту башню Гранелька толкнет кому-то а-ля Стоун. #третийадмин сомневается, но офисы от Гранельки - смешно. Архитектура - civil architects

Гранелька на жилье в "ТПУ Пресня / 1-ый Силикатный проезд, 13" взял архитекторов из АПЕКС.

Ребята там нахуивертили супер плотную застройку с максимально высотой 184 метра. Офисник предполагается будет 200 метров.

Удивительно, но в посадку влезла школа. Сразу видно, что у Гранельки нет мощности мастер-девелопера. Например, MR смог удивительным образом перевести на Славе апартаменты в квартиры (81 тыс. кв. м.), не построив там даже намека социалки. Черная магия, не иначе.
