Эта радость находится на севере Столицы в районе Речной Вокзал. Согласовывают 255 тыс. кв. м. жилья и самое удивительное, что нет слова "реновация", то есть такой огромный проект пойдет на продажу месье девелоперам. Интересно кто этот счастливчик.

Городу только плюсы - неэффективные гаражи идут под нож - только щепки летят. Скоро ГСК в Москве будет такая же реликвия, как ракушка во дворе. И фразу "гаражи, бомжи, грабежи" придется менять на "паркинги, бомжи, грабежи".
