ПИК стартует с ПИК+ на ЗУ "Плеханова, 11". Анонсировали проект ещё год назад. Смогли выйти только сейчас. Наконец-то новый продукт от ПИКа. Город больше коробок в стиле ПИК33 не согласовывает и ребята изьебываются в том, как бы сделать так, чтобы после косметических изменений согласовали ПИК33.

Ничего себе, хочется вскликнуть. А что случилось? Балконы вернулись. Так вроде же лет 5 последние они были не нужны целевой аудитории или что, тренд изменился? Скоро ждите, офисы продаж откроют, вот инновация будет.

Так, ладно, что там по цене. Средняя - 315 тыс. руб./кв. м. И судя по броням - пипл это хавает. Поэтому если вам неожиданно нравится ВАО и что произойдет с промзоной Прожектор - то срочно на сайт ПИКа.

If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
