Обновление статуса по площадкам:
1. Лужнецкая, 2/4 - старт продаж от Абсолюта осенью 2020
2. Лужнецкая, 10А - взял Инград.

Проблема первая - обе компании никогда не строили премиум проекты и просто не обладают соответствующими компетенциями для реализации участков.
Проблема вторая - площадки находятся за забором друг от друга и очевидно требуют единой архитектурной концепции, но все же понимаю, что ее не будет, так как еще никогда девелоперы не договаривались что будут строить, а будут выжимать максимальный ТЭП на своей территории.

П.С. Китчевый, старый проект на обе площадки для привлечения глаз.
