✏️Чечевицу замачиваем на ночь. Промываем, заливаем водой, доводим до кипения. ✏️В это время делаем зажарку из лука и моркови, добавляем натертые огурцы. Вводим томатную пасту и немного воды. Перемешиваем, тушим 5 мин. ✏️В кипящую воду бросаем картофель крупным кубиком. ✏️Добавляем зажарку в суп и варим всё вместе ещё 5 мин. Солим в конце по вкусу. Ангела за трапезой 😇
