✅лаваш тонкий
✅фасоль красная- 1 стакан сухой (или 350 гр в отваренном виде)
✅соль, среции- по вкусу
✅кинза- 15 гр
✅лук- 1 шт.

✏Фасоль отвариваем до готовности или берем консервированную (жидкость сливаем).
✏Лук обжариваем до мягкости на растительном масле. Кинзу измельчаем.
✏В блендере измельчаем фасоль, обжаренный лук и кинзу. Можно добавить 2-3 ст.л. воды, если суховато. Солим и добавляем специи по вкусу. Можно аджику или хмели- сунели.
✏Намазываем лаваш в середине не слишком толстым слоем. Заворачиваем конвертом. Обжариаем с двух сторон. Немного остужаем и разрезаем на части. Ангела за трапезой!😇
