✅капуста – 1 кг (чистый вес) ✅лук – 1 шт. ✅соль, перец – по вкусу ✅мука – 2 полных ст. л. ✅манка – 4 полных ст. л.
✏️Понадобится 1 кг капусты. Бросаем в кипящую воду и отвариваем 15 минут.
Капуста должна стать мягкая, но не развариться в кашу.
✏️Пропускаем отваренную капусту через мясорубку. Откидываем на сито и удаляем лишнюю жидкость. ✏️К капустному фаршу добавляем жареный лук. Соль и перец по вкусу. Добавляем 2 полных ст. л. муки (у меня цельнозерновая) и 4 ст. л. манки. ✏️Хорошо вымешиваем и оставляем на 15 мин. Влажными руками лепим небольшие котлеты. Обжариваем с двух сторон. Очень аппетитные котлетки получились! Ангела за трапезой!😇
